GLORIA ROSSETTO NUTRITIONIST
Gloria develops highly personalised food plans, setting goals together with her clients and taking into account their health, lifestyle and food preferences. Her goal is to educate her clients to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle all year round.
SERVICE DETAILS
Gloria graduated in "Food and Gastronomy Sciences", and then obtained a master's degree in "Human Nutrition Sciences".
FIRST VISIT
The first visit lasts about 1 hour and it includes:
A detailed interview to establish the clients goals and food preferences
A carry out of personal and family history data/ anamnesis
A detection of the anthropometric parameters (height, weight, circumferences)
A Bioelectrical Impedance analysis to evaluate the client’s body composition
CONTROL VISIT
The follow-up visit lasts about 30 minutes and it includes:
An interview to evaluate any changes to the diet plan
An assessment of the changes in the body weight and in the body composition
Within 7 days from the first visit, the client will receive a meal plan that will be fully customised according to their needs, goals and eating habits. The plan will be developed in a weekly or multiple choice format, depending on the client’s goals and flexibility.
The frequency of the checkups are agreed with Gloria, according to the client’s needs (they may be weekly or monthly). Check-ups are fundamental to monitor the client’s progress, in case of weight loss or weight gain. After every check, any changes to the diet plan will be sent to the client via email.
