About Violante
Violante has attended many important culinary schools, such as: “Cordon Bleu”, ”Gambero Rosso” and “A tavola con lo chef” throughout her lifetime.
She has travelled around the world and she is particularly interested in different food cultures. In fact, after every journey that she takes, Violante loves to bring back home the flavours and aromas that she has savoured, exploring and testing them in her cuisine. Her cooking knowledge goes from French to Thai to Chinese to Japanese, to Indian and… of course, to the top score haute Italian cuisine.
Violante’s menus are the result of a long research based upon ancient recipes found in her family cookbooks. Her recipes fly from the top North of Italy to the bottom South, touching all of the Italian regions.
