VANILLA OATMEAL WITH BANANA WITH PISTACHIOS

INGREDIENTS

  • 30g of Rolled Oats

  • 100ml of Oat Milk and Water

  • Natural Sweeter

  • 1 tbsp of Greek Yogurt

  • Vanilla Extract

  • Banana

  • Pistachios

Directions

  1. Blend the rolled oats, the milk, the sweetener and the vanilla together.

  2. Boil everything for a couple of minutes and then add some water to the oatmeal to make it creamy. When its ready, add a tablespoon of greek yogurt and continue to mix.

  3. Top your vanilla oatmeal with a chopped banana, some extra greek yogurt, a mix of pistachios and a pinch of rose petals to give it an elegant or better, Royal touch!


BANANA BREAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 300gr of Wholewheat Flour

  • 2 Eggs

  • 3 Ripe Bananas

  • 3 teaspoons of Coconut Sugar

  • 120gr of Peanut Butter

  • 16gr of Baking Powder

  • 1 Glass of Milk

  • Pinch of Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

  2. Mix the sugar, the eggs, the banana, the milk and the peanut butter into a bowl.

  3. Once everything is well-mixed, add all of the dry ingredients such as: the flour, the baking powder and the salt to your mixture.

  4. Blend everything together and do not forget to add the peanut butter before baking your delicious banana bread for approximately 45-50 minutes into a tray.


GOURMET PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

For the Pancakes

  • 25gr of Oat Flour

  • 50gr of mashed Sweet Potatoes

  • 2gr of Baking Powder

  • 100ml of White Egg Albumen

  • Natural Sweetener (optional)

For the toppings

  • 30gr of Greek Yogurt

  • Mixed berries

  • Chocolate cream

  • Coconut Flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Start by cutting the sweet potatoes into cubes and boil them in a large saucepan with hot salted water for about 10 to 15 minutes.

  2. Once cooked, drain them and gently mash the sweet potatoes until you get a smooth texture.

  3. Now mix all of the dry ingredients together: the flour, the baking powder and then add the sweet potatoes mash, the eggs albumen and the sweetener (if you wish) and mix everything until you get a smooth creamy texture.

  4. Cook your gourmet pancakes into a frying pan for about 5 minutes on each side.

  5. Cut your golden pancakes into slices and enjoy decorating them with your favorite toppings!
