DIY PUMPKIN GLOW FACE MASK

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 of a medium size pumpkin

  • 1 teaspoon of honey

  • 1 teaspoon of milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon of jojoba oil

Procedure:

Steam the pumpkin for a couple of minutes, and once its ready place it into a bowl. Add the milk and the honey and mix all of the ingredients together. As a final step, add the jojoba oil and and mix everything until all ingredients are well blended.

Use:

Apply the mixture to your face and leave it on for your skin to absorb for 15 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water. Complete your beauty routine and apply a calming Argan face oil.

Pumpkins act as an antioxidant as they contain Vitamin C and Zinc. Moreover, they contain high levels of Vitamin A, which has many healing properties for the skin. This face mask is great for all skin types and it will give your face a healthier glow.


DIY Exfoliating cinnamon and Nutmeg Mask

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tablespoon of cinnamon

  • 1/4 tablespoon of nutmeg

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Procedure:

Combine and mix all of the ingredients together. Apply the mask to a clean face avoiding the eye area and leave it on for at least 20 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water. If you have a sensitive skin, be very careful when applying the product as nutmeg can be quite strong on the skin. We recommend to try the mask on a small area and see how your skin reacts to it, before applying it all over your face.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small size pumkpin

  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Procedure:

After having peeled and blanched the pumpkin, use a fork to turn the compost into a puree cream. Let it cool and then add the brown sugar and the cinnamon and mix everything again until all ingredients are well blended. Apply your homemade scrub just as a normal exfoliating gel, massaging it with circular movements, not forgetting your neck and your décolleté. After 3 minutes, rinse the scrub off with warm water.

DIY Super Hydrating Avocado Face Mask

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/2 cup of plain or greek yogurt 

  • 2 teaspoons of honey

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • 2/3 tablespoons of rolled oats

Procedure:

Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend everything until you get a smooth and creamy texture.

Once ready, make sure that you have washed your face with a good cleanser. Then dry your face with a towel, and start applying your delicious and super hydrating mask to your face and neck. Let it rest for at least 20 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water. 

Warning: We dare you not to try this recipe whilst preparing it ! It’s so tasty that tempting levels will be very high.
