1) What do you consider as super foods?

I believe we can all agree that everyone would benefit from eating more freshest fruits and vegetables. The majority of superfoods are found in nature and they grow from the soil.

2) What would you consider as the best boosting energy and mood lunch option?

Choosing foods with a healthy serving of protein, nourishing fats and fibre-rich grains and vegetables are usually a winning combination. Smoked salmon, quinoa, broccoli with eggs and sunflower seeds to get a boost of protein and omega 3 rich fats, fibre-rich whole grains. 3) What are the top foods to include in our diet daily to boost longevity?

Number 1 is nuts. A high-nutrient source of healthful fats, protein, fibre, antioxidant, minerals and many more.

5) What does your breakfast of champion consist of?

Omelette with more of egg white, quinoa or red rice and broccoli.
